A Fight for Nonpartisan & Neutral Reporting

MisMedia is a blog that exposes misinformation and biased reports in the media. In addition, MisMedia works to inform an audience how to intake information using constructive skepticism with the purpose of composing an individual and uninfluenced opinion. Misinformation resides on all platforms, intentionally composed to sway a reader's affiliation or perspective of a political party. MisMedia works to decifer these articles and provide readers with resources available to differintiate biased from neutral reports on their own. Posts are arranged in categories: current biased reports debunked and reevaluated, fake news statistical data to provide an understanding of the prevalence and severity of misinformation in media, opinionated work, and available resources.

As a student of Journalism and Mass Communication at Texas State University, I must stress: the purpose of this blog is to allow readers to better compose their own individual opinions, and is an entirely neutral approach to fake news.
